In this ceremony-workshop I will guide you through a shamanic-psychotherapy process for releasing energies that do not belong to you and for reclaiming your connection with your inner beauty and balance.
NOTE: This short and powerful 90-minute workshop is live but not interactive. I’ve structured it for you to receive nurturing and transformative tools to re-set your nervous system and build resilience during this intense time.
