50-minute sessions are not available for new clients.
First-time sessions are either 75 or 100 minutes in length. Established clients may select 50, 75 or 100 minute session lengths.

Policies & Guidelines

I understand that payment is due before my session if I am a new client. I understand that a late fee of $20 will be assessed for payment that arrives after my session, unless I have made a prior arrangement with Luisa.

I understand that Luisa has a 48-hour cancellation policy and that I will be charged for the full price of the session if I miss a session without 48 hours previous notice.

If I am more than 15 minutes late for an appointment (without prior arrangement with Luisa), this will be considered a “no show,” and I will be charged for the session.

It is solely my responsibility to keep track of my payment status and of my appointment dates and times.

I have read the above guidelines and policies regarding scheduling and payment for sessions with Luisa Kolker, MA LPCC, and I agree to all of the above.

In addition, I understand that shamanic/spiritual healing/counseling are not a substitute for appropriate medical consultation. I accept full responsibility for the treatment and outcomes of treatment I receive while in consultation with Luisa Kolker, MA LPCC.

Determining Treatment

Shamanic healing techniques are uniquely attuned to each individual client and will be determined during your session. Soul retrieval, for example, is not appropriate for every client, but is one of numerous shamanic interventions that may be beneficial and relevant for you at this time.
