SLIDING SCALE FEES:
I have a limited number of sliding-scale sessions available. I am now prioritizing BIPOC, transgender folks, and other individuals who are experiencing extreme financial hardship for these sliding scale spaces when and if they are available. If you are thinking of requesting a sliding scale fee, please reflect upon your relative level of need, the value of this work to you, and your ability to pay. 

  

Cancellation Policy & Treatment Guidelines


By scheduling and/or paying for a session you agree that:

  • I understand that payment is due before my session
  • I understand that a late fee of $20 will be assessed for payment that arrives after my session, unless I have made a prior arrangement with Luisa.

  • I understand that Luisa has a 48-hour cancellation policy and that I will be charged for the full price of the session if I miss a session without 48 hours previous notice.

  • If I am more than 15 minutes late for an appointment (without prior arrangement with Luisa), this will be considered a “no show,” and I will be charged for the session.

  • It is my responsibility as the client to keep track of my payment status and of my appointment dates and times.

  • I have read the above guidelines and policies regarding scheduling and payment for sessions with Luisa Kolker, MA LPCC, and I agree to all of the above.

  • In addition, I understand that shamanic/spiritual healing/counseling are not a substitute for appropriate medical consultation.
