Cancellation Policy & Practice Guidelines
By scheduling and/or paying for a session, you agree to the following:

Payment is due prior to your session

Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full

Arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior arrangement will be considered a no-show and charged in full

A $20 late fee will be assessed for payments received after a session unless prior arrangements have been made

Clients are responsible for tracking their appointment times and payment status
