Cancellation Policy & Treatment Guidelines
By scheduling and/or paying for a session you agree that:
- I understand that payment is due before my session
- I understand that a late fee of $20 will be assessed for payment that arrives after my session, unless I have made a prior arrangement with Luisa
- I understand that Luisa has a 48-hour cancellation policy and that I will be charged for the full price of the session if I miss a session without 48 hours previous notice
- If I am more than 15 minutes late for an appointment (without prior arrangement with Luisa), this will be considered a “no show,” and I will be charged for the session
- It is my responsibility as the client to keep track of my payment status and of my appointment dates and times
- I have read the above guidelines and policies regarding scheduling and payment for sessions with Luisa Kolker, MA LPCC, and I agree to all of the above
- In addition, I understand that shamanic/spiritual healing/counseling are not a substitute for appropriate medical consultation
