This is open to all genders and all ages.
THERE WILL BE A REPLAY, SO IF YOU CAN’T JOIN ME FOR THE LIVE EVENT, YOU CAN STILL EXPERIENCE THE WORKSHOP (and earn CEUs) BY WATCHING THE REPLAY.
This short and powerful 90-minute workshop is not interactive. You don’t have to speak or share out loud. You can cuddle up on your sofa, under your comforter, with your favorite cup of tea at hand.
I’ve structured this for you to receive nurturing and transformative tools and experiences so you can re-set your nervous system and build resilience.
There will be healing, transformative guitar music by Daniel K. Murphy.
