Scheduling & Payment for Sessions
NOTE: As of May 2016, Luisa is not taking new clients, though you may email her to get on her waiting list at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To set up a session with Luisa, please read to the bottom of this web page.
To schedule an appointment, send Luisa an email message, with days and times in the next several weeks that work best for you.
Include a brief description about what you would like to address during your session with Luisa and she’ll get back to you to let you know if this work is appropriate for your situation.
While Luisa does not take insurance, a receipt for your session payment(s) can be provided.
NOTE: Shamanic healing techniques are uniquely attuned to the individual client and will be determined during your session. Soul retrieval, for example, is not appropriate for every client, and is one of numerous shamanic interventions that may be beneficial and relevant for you at this time.
Before your first session, please sign the Policies & Guidelines agreement at the bottom of this page. Please note that Luisa has a full 48-hour cancellation policy.
When your appointment is scheduled, you’ll receive a confirmation email message which will include the phone number to call at the time of your appointment. If you have scheduled an in-person session, your confirmation message will include directions to Luisa’s office.
For established clients doing ongoing session work, 50 or 75 minutes is a good session length. Twenty-five minute sessions are for established clients who want to do a highly-focused check-in or follow-up.
For new clients, a 75 or 100 minute is highly recommended.
Fees for shamanic and psychotherapy sessions are the same.
To Pay for a Session

If you are an established client, payment is due before your session if you are having a phone session, or at the time of your in-person session. You will be charged a late-fee of $20 if your payment arrives after your session, unless you have made a prior arrangement with Luisa.
If you are a new client, in order for your session time to be reserved, your payment is due when you receive your confirmation email message.

Policies & Guidelines Agreement
These policies and guidelines must be signed and submitted (see the form at the end of this Agreement).
I understand that Luisa has a 48-hour cancellation policy and that I will be charged for the full price of the session if I miss a session without 48 hours previous notice.
If I am more than 15 minutes late for an appointment (without prior arrangement with Luisa), this will be considered a “no show,” and I will be charged for the session.
It is solely my responsibility to keep track of my payment status and of my appointment dates and times.
I have read the above guidelines and policies regarding scheduling and payment for sessions with Luisa Kolker, MA LPCC, and I agree to all of the above.
In addition, I understand that shamanic/spiritual healing/counseling are not a substitute for appropriate medical consultation. I accept full responsibility for the treatment and outcomes of treatment I receive while in consultation with Luisa Kolker, MA LPCC.
